OUR RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you need to return any goods, please complete the ‘Returns Form’ found in the customer services section at the bottom of the home page, as soon as possible.  We will issue you with a RMA returns identification number and instructions.  Please note that goods cannot be accepted without this.

We confirm that the return of goods can be accepted subject to the following conditions:

SUPPLIER ERROR

In the event of a delivery error, Infix Direct must be notified within 3 working days (working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).  Returns will then be authorized and collection of the items will be arranged at our cost.  Replacement goods will be arranged or a full credit will be raised.  This is without prejudice to any other claim. 

CUSTOMER ERROR

In the event of the customer ordering the wrong item, Infix Direct must be notified within 3 working days of delivery (working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).  A handling charge of 20% or £20 (whichever is the greater) will be made.  This is without prejudice to any other claim.  If a return is requested beyond the 3 days after delivery, goods may be received back, but only at our discretion and subject to the General Rules for Returns below.

GENERAL RULES FOR RETURNS

 

 

For acceptance of return:

·        The product should not have been used

·        The packaging must not be defaced or spoiled

·        The product casing and packaging must be in its original delivered condition

·        Products with a shelf life and use by dates cannot be accepted for return unless they are faulty.

     Products not accepted for return

·        Non-stock line goods that have been specifically ordered or manufactured or personalised will not be accepted for return.

 

·        If goods are not returned in a re-saleable condition, we will advise you within 7 working days (working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) that no credit will be issued and the goods are available for collection from our trading address (85-87 Stapleton Road, Bristol. BS5 0QF).  We reserve the right to dispose of any goods after 28 consecutive days if they have not been collected

 

This policy is valid in conjunction with our standard Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to make changes and these will take effect from the time they are posted on our website.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
